We are adding new package nbdkit to RHV and we need it to be included also in RHV-H.

For RHV this is tracked by bug 1537498

Sorry, I don't understand how this will be shipped in RHV-H by adding the package to an errata. Can you please elaborate on the solution and on what QE will need to test for verify this bug?

Moving from ovirt-host to distribution component since ovirt-host has not been modified for handling this bug and fix is going to be done trough errata

There is already a bug for adding nbdkit to RHEL.  This bug is about
adding it to the layered product in the meantime so it's available
for doing virt-v2v transfers with VDDK.  If we no longer plan to do
that then the bug should be closed.  If we still need to do that (and
I think we do) please revert the bug back to ovirt-host.

The idea of pre-installing nbdkit was dropped, but the doc text was not updated.
