Not in browsing, but while putting and getting files. No I downgraded to the previous kernel (2.6.10-1.770_FC3) and now everythings works fast again. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): samba-3.0.10 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just installed the newer kernel Actual Results: Samba is getting slow again. Fedora Core 3 is now maintained by the Fedora Legacy project for security updates only. If this problem is a security issue, please reopen and reassign to the Fedora Legacy product.
