Description David Balažic 2005-04-21 09:46:58 EDT
Description of problem:

mtools.conf does not match present hardware.
I have two floppy units : fd0 and hdd
mtools.conf only has configuration for fd0

Adding this line manually into /etc/mtools.conf makes it work :

drive b: file="/dev/hdd" exclusive mformat_only

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  mtools-3.9.9-13
Comment 1 Tim Waugh 2005-04-21 10:06:30 EDT
No attempt is made to autoconfigure mtools.
