Also, in the "Additional Resources" section of the doc (http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-4-Manual/ref-guide/s1-bind-additional-resources.html) It references the Domain Name Service Configuration Tool (which I don't believe exists in RHEL4) and a "Bind Configuration" chapter which I can't find either (that chapter does exist in RHEL3).
Removed all references to the Domain Name Service Configuration Tool.
