Description of problem:
Python 3.6 should be the default, yet it is not provided at all. Please stop promoting Python 2.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://www.openshift.com/
2. My account
3. OpenShift Online Starter
4. Login with Red Hat
5. Log in with a new account
6. Select a Plan, Starter, Free
7. US East (Virginia)
8. Confirm subscription
9. Your account will be provisioned soon... wait
10. Refresh
11. Open Web Console
12. Click Python

Actual results: Python 2.7


Expected results: Python 3.6


Additional info: It is Python 3.6 on US West (Oregon).
