rubygem-rmagick appears to be required by rubygem-gruff, however, rubygem-gruff appears to be FTBFS/broken for long time already ...
Apprarently ImageMagick montage/frame changed its behavior, why does ImageMagick change like this... I may try checking ImageMagick source (again like I did on -22), howver perhaps it will end up with that I disable the failing test...
Added workaround on rubygem-rmagick-2.16.0-15.fc29. F-28 build needs ImageMagick-6.9.9.38-1.fc28 buildroot override.
@Mamoru: Although this is reported against Rawhide, the ImageMagick update already landed in f27 and there is also f26 update pending.
But in order to keep upgrade path on releases, I have to build on F-28 next before F-27 or F-26.
