It might be useful to have a column showing the number of comments a bug has in
the tabular query summary in order to approximately gauge how much activity a
bug has had.

Red Hat Bugzilla is now using version 3.2 of the Bugzilla codebase and therefore this bug will need to be re-verified against the new release. With the updated code this bug may no longer be relevant or may have been fixed in the new code.
Updating bug version to 3.2.

bug activity can be shown using the bug history in the bug report, or using the the Orig. Est., Hours Left ,%Complete all those values if filled in the bug report then they can show in the buglist and would be the efficient way to gauge how much activity a bug has had.
