Description of problem:
Forward and back arrows don't work, they are blurred and don't allow the mouse to click to go forward or back one page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evince-3.26.0-1.fc27.x86_64


How reproducible:
Open a pdf with more than 1 page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to go to page 2 clicking in the arrow left in the left corner

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Go to page 2

Hi Nuno,

those buttons are for going through history. They work similar to the Back and Forward buttons in web browser. Try to click on a link in a PDF and the Back button will become sensitive.
