the profile cannot be saved during registration.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.sign up online-int1 cluster on INT registration, click the "save profile" button.
2.

Actual results:
server responses "Unable to submit your profile information. Please try again and contact Red Hat if the problem persists."

Expected results:
saving profile successfully
