Description of problem: NetworkManager does not reliably terminate OpenVPN process upon VPN disconnection. It stays active about 1/5 of the time. The process is not re-used, new connection starts new process. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.2-1.fc28.x86_64 How reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start OpenVPN connection with NetworkManager 2. Disconnect from OpenVPN with NetworkManager Actual results: OpenVPN process is still running.
