Description of problem: openshift-checks/health.yml performs "oc adm diagnostics NetworkCheck" with default option so it tries to pull images from registry.access.redhat.com. There's no way to configure --network-pod-image and --network-test-pod-image options, so it fails in disconnected setup. How reproducible: Always in disconnected setup Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
