Description of problem:
After boot my Yamaha USB audio card (speakers) does not work / not listed in lsusb(8).

kernel-2.6.11-1.1286_FC4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the system FC4test3.
2. Type: lsusb


Actual Results:  This line is missing there: Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0499:3105 Yamaha Corp.


Expected Results:  Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0499:3105 Yamaha Corp.

It appears that the device does not let the port to detect a plug,
maybe it resets too long after the power is applied to the port.

Please try to plug the audio into a socket of an external hub, preferably
a powered hub. Monitor might work. Perhaps those have +5 at all times.
I don't remember what the spec says about it.
