+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #152990 +++

It would be nice if there was a way to
- Tell certwatch how much in advance to start warning about cert expiration.
- Tell certwatch to send emails to a different address.

(duplicate of RHEL3 httpd bug; this needs to be implemented for RHEL4 where
certwatch is in the crypto-utils package)
