The License: tag for perl-libs is "(GPL+ or Artistic) and HSLR and MIT and UCD". I believe that "HSLR" should be changed to "HSRL" ("L" and "R" swapped), as it's supposed to be an acronym for Henry Spencer Regex Library license. The Licensing page on Fedora wiki also uses "HSRL".
