Upstream patch

There is a known regression in OpenSC 0.18.0 that can cause multi-threaded applications to crash. The fix has been available and tested for more than a month prior to this release; it has now been committed to OpenSC master. This needs to be added to the Fedora packages for OpenSC 0.18.0. Thank you.
