Description Andrew Mike 2018-05-29 21:43:53 UTC
Description of problem: There appears to be a memory leak when gnome-shell is made to show the activities view.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.26.2-5.el7.x86_64

How reproducible: Consistently

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new GNOME session.
2. Start System Monitor (Applications > System Tools > System Monitor) and track the gnome-shell process.
3. Hit the Super key repeatedly to bring up the Activities overview.

Actual results: Memory usage of gnome-shell process increases every time the Activities overview is invoked and dismissed.
