Description of problem:
The new openct-0.6.5-1 from May 19th includes libopenct.so.1 while current opensc-0.9.4-2 requires libopenct.so.0 - opensc needs a rebuild.

Known borkage, I forgot to add a build request for the updated opensc directly
after the openct update for FC-3 (but rememebered for devel), and unfortunately
the new openct was moved to the actual FC-3 repo before I noticed.

The new opensc is already waiting at
http://extras64.linux.duke.edu/needsign/3/opensc/0.9.6-1/
