Description Matt Smith 2018-06-08 17:42:01 UTC
Document URL:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.3/html/provisioning_guide/configuring_provisioning_resources#Configuring_Provisioning_Resources-Hardware_Models

Section Number and Name:
Provisioning Guide
CHAPTER 3. CONFIGURING PROVISIONING RESOURCES
3.2. Creating Hardware Models

Describe the issue:
Doc states "Hardware models help run unattended installations on systems based on the Scalable Processor Architecture (SPARC)."

We do not support SPARC (as far as I know). Therefore this reference should be removed to avoid any misunderstanding.

Suggestions for improvement:

Either provide justification for Hardware Models for platforms we support, or eliminate section completely.
