Description of problem: Fedora 28 logs Jun 18 13:49:46 systemd-udevd[833]: Specified group 'plugdev' unknown File /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/45-nokiadku2.rules contains the line ATTRS{manufacturer}=="Nokia", MODE="0660", GROUP="plugdev" But group plugdev seems to be depredicated. See bug 1330205 for a solution. :P I have plugdev group in my f27 [1], googling by "plugdev group fedora" , we already have this bug 859244 in 2012 ... find out what package add this group is not easy , I have to check . Well maybe the best is not install 45-nokiadku2.rules ? , since I add it with the patch [2] and now seems it is not a good idea .
