Specifically, if you try to install tetex-font-kerkis-2.0-3 in a rawhide box the error that comes out is !!! ERROR: The right location for map files has been changed for this release and the map file `kerkis.map' has not been found in the right location, but in the obsolete location /usr/share/texmf/dvips/kerkis/kerkis.map instead. To fix this, please move this file into an appropriate subdirectory of fonts/map in one of your texmf trees. For more information about the changed search paths, see the release notes section in the teTeX manual. You probably can read this document by executing the command texdoc TETEXDOC else visit the web page http://tug.org/texlive/mapenc.html One needs to change the location of the map files from /usr/share/texmf/dvips/kerkis to /usr/share/texmf/fonts/map/dvips/kerkis A simple patch to the specfile is enough to fix this incompatibility (introduced from the new version of tetex) Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): tetex-font-kerkis-2.0-3 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to install tetex-font-kerkis in a rawhide box 2. Watch the %post scriptlet fail 3. Actual Results: The rpm did install, but without the necessary update to the fonts map database.
