On the account page, either from 'my account' or after new registration, opt-in email feature no longer shows up. only text that says "please 
check back later for more offers". these offers have not expired.

If you have accepted an offer it is removed from your
page.

This way, when we have many offers we can keep
feeding new offers to the user....
