This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
This is failing on root with No matching package to install: 'tomcat-servlet-3.1-api' The problem is that tomcat-servlet was updated and we now have 'tomcat-servlet-4.0-api'
