This should be fixed by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libglnx/merge_requests/2 and https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/1680. We're likely to do a new release soon, which will fix this in rawhide: https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/1683.
