This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
The issue in frm-simple.c is valid, since the buffer of size 81 cannot include the terminating zero. The other warnings are somewhat pedantic, since many (or all?) of them are related to code using PATH_MAX, and reaching that limit with paths or concatenated paths is a rare corner-case.
