Description of problem:
In the ABRT Problem Reporting window, I see an issue that has no Bugzilla report (see screenshot). When I click Report, the log of the report window states that the issue has already been reported.

abrt.x86_64                                 2.10.10-1.fc28

How reproducible:
I see this more often with other issues detected by ABRT. But mostly it is correctly stated when an issue has been reported in Bugzilla.

Expected results:
It should be clear from the main Problem Reporting window when an issue has been reported in Bugzilla.
