error message

Description of problem:

Since a little while KDE can't reach my Smartphone via MTP but the solution seems to be in /lib/udev/rules.d/69-libmtp.rules which is part of libmtp

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libmtp-1.1.14-3.fc28.x86_64

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. plug an Android smartphone in MTP mode
2. a pop-up appears in KDE
3. try to open the folder

Actual results:

Get an error message (see screenshot) and the MTP folder isn't reachable via Dolphin (simple-mtpfs works though).

Expected results:

I can browser and work in the folder using normal KDE Dolphin.

Additional info:

I found the patch at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387454 and I attach it to this bug report. I just need to apply it and call `udevadm control --reload` and everything works as expected.

The patch works for the described problem. Now Dolphin can open and browse files as expected.
But I'm also facing another issue with mtp and am not sure if this is related to this patch.

The problem now is when I try to copy any file from phone to PC kdeinit5 crashes, while copying files from PC to phone works as expected.
