Virtual appliances and a hardware lab with Cisco switches are being prepared to test the Cisco code of the ML2 driver

The code already exists, we just didn't have resources to test it for OSP 14.

This RFE targets NXOS
We'll need a new RFE for ACI.

Following the recent decision to backport ansible-networking project to OSP13, which will add additional work.
It was agreed by Ramon, Assaf and myself that we will remove the QE ack from all OSP15 RFEs, and re-plan it.
