Description of problem: Currently, there is no facility to disable 'facts gathering' from the satellite. Which will be helpful in fastening the job invocation process or if some customer is list interested in gathering facts. We can add a setting for 'facts gathering' for all the jobs in Settings or in a particular job or anywhere in a satellite. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Satellite 6.4 snap 17 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Disable facts gathering for a job or for all the jobs. 2. 3.
