The prerelease was the last successful build of 0.17... I have not had any luck getting 0.17 full release to build.
Richard Shaw, what's the issue? Do you mind reporting it upstream, in the FreeCAD Install/Compile subforum: https://forum.freecadweb.org/viewforum.php?f=4 ?

I've finally been able to build 0.17 for Fedora. It's in testing, please install and reopen the ticket if the bug persists.
