Description of problem:

The system crashed, after reboot all is ok, I have a IBM xSeries 345 with 6 hard disk SCSI in hardware RAID 5EE configuration and the ServeRAID-6M Ultra320 controller. The /var/log/messages shows:

Jul 18 12:37:37 xxxxx kernel: Assertion failure in __journal_unfile_buffer() at fs/jbd/transaction.c:1518: "spin_is_locked(&transaction->t_journal>j_list_lock)"

This looks like a bug which was fixed already in the U1 kernel.  Without a full
backtrace from the oops it's impossible to be more certain.  Please upgrade to
kernel-2.6.9-11.EL.
