Latest upstream release: 3.0.1 Current version/release in rawhide: 2.1.3-3.fc29 URL: https://github.com/mozilla/bleach/ Please consult the package updates policy before you issue an update to a stable branch: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy More information about the service that created this bug can be found at: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upstream_release_monitoring Please keep in mind that with any upstream change, there may also be packaging changes that need to be made. Specifically, please remember that it is your responsibility to review the new version to ensure that the licensing is still correct and that no non-free or legally problematic items have been added upstream. I just wrote the owners of bleach's dependent packages to ask if anyone objects to me updating to bleach 3. Technically all of the backwards incompatible changes in the 3.0.0 release are in undocumented interfaces which nobody should be using: https://github.com/mozilla/bleach/blob/v3.0.2/CHANGES If I don't hear any objections within a week, I plan to make the update in Rawhide only.
Could you please prep a PR so I could use the CI built rpm for testing? Thanks
I do not see any obvious red flags in nbconvert github devel page. I will also be able to test it if you can submit a PR.
