Description of problem:
Icon appears fuzzy after adding to the panel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-panel-2.8.1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a nice high quality icon
2. Add a custom launcher to panel and point to that icon
3. Compare icon using graphic viewer to icon on panel
  

Actual Results:  Icon becomes blurry

Expected Results:  Icon should appear correctly

It looks to me like the panel is scaling the icon by a pixel or two - could you
try and change the size of the panel and see if the blurriness goes away?

No luck, tried from panel size 60 to 85. Icons work ok on redhat 9.

 - what size is the icon ? Or is it an SVG icon ?

 - what do you get if you run xwininfo (and click on the panel) and
   xwininfo -tree (click on the panel again) ?
