Description of problem:
Director deployed OCP 3.11: PMD: net_mlx5: cannot load glue library messages show when SSH-ing to the overcloud nodes:

1. Deploy OCP via director
2. SSH to one of the overcloud nodes

Actual results:
PMD erros

Expected results:
No errors show up when SSH-ing to the nodes.

This should be fixed but does it have any impact that we know of other than the messages? 

It needs fixing anyway, even if it doesn't have impact it gives the idea that the deployment might be broken.

This actually seems to be fixed after the switch to RHEL 7.6 images so I am closing it.
