In RC1, the config.h file is missing.  There are symlinks to it from
/usr/src/linux/pcmcia-cs-3.1.19/include/linux/:
  compile.h
  config.h
  version.h

I cannot compile anything that uses pcmcia...

Sorry.  Ignore me.  I forgot to RTFM...  I need to first Configure the pcmcia-cs source...
