Description of problem:
Fedora Core Development currently has 4.1.12, but 4.1.13 is the latest stable 
version of MySQL.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Actual results / Expected results:
Upgrade to 4.1.13 ;-)

Even MySQL 4.1.14 is already released...

4.1.14 is now pushed into Fedora, but we ought to plan on updating mysql in RHEL4 as well.

Package rebase so tossing to tkincaid as he's dealing with enhancement requests.

As the scope of update releases is primarily bugfixes and hardware enablement we
are normally not re-basing packages in update releases. So we are not planning
to do this.
