Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

I've downloaded the RHEL8 for testing. But anaconda installer doesn't have Russia item and Russian language, although in Fedora 27/28/29 all rights. It is bug or sanctions against Russia?

It is a bug, and it is not just Russian, unfortunately many other languages missing too due to some mishap with translation files.

After fix this a problem and more other problems, wheh will be updating of distribution rhel 8 beta? Only RC?

Unfortunately we won't do a re-spin of beta. This will be fixed for GA, however.
