In right-to-left locales, the current time is displayed from right to left

Description of problem:
In right-to-left locales, the current time in Date/Time Properties is aligned from right to left, which is not correct. for example, if the curent time is 14:01:37 it is displayed as 37:01:14 (screenshot attached)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run LANG=fa_IR system-config-date
Actual Results: The current time is displayed from right to left. The hour is on the right, the minute in the middle and the second on the left.
Expected Results: The time should have been displayed from left to right, as in the left-to-right locales; i. e. in the hour:minute:second format.

Fixed in CVS.
Fixed in 188.8.131.52 which should hit Rawhide mirrors shortly.
