Description of problem:
Some CMaps, *-UTF8-{H,V} isn't available anymore, which was provided in the
previous ghostscript.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
8.15-0.rc3.6

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.echo "/Ryumin-Light-UniJIS-UTF8-H findfont" | gs
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
gs says "Can't find (or can't open) font file
/usr/share/ghostscript/8.15/Resource/Font/Ryumin-Light-UniJIS-UTF8-H."

Expected results:
it should be opened sucessfully.

Additional info:
This is an regression bug. please update the CMap files from gs-cjk-resources
and Adobe's CMaps. they should be the same files to what gs shipped, but the
whole CMap collections.
