Description of problem: The package owns directory Parse/Yapp, but not Parse. Thus Parse will be created implicitly if it isn't already there and, on default installs, this should result in 0700 permissions. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.05-32
Warren probably meant to close this one too as a part of yesterday's batch; I'm pretty certain that this won't be fixed for FC3 if it's the only thing needing an update in the package. The dir ownerships have already been fixed in FC4+.
