Section Number and Name: Adding Trusted Certificates for External Registries

Describe the issue: This section references commands that an OpenShift Dedicated customer cannot use, and also advertises an unsupported OSD configuration.

Suggestions for improvement: Please replace these instructions with a big, obvious NOTE that un-trusted, self-signed certificates are not supported for external registries in OpenShift Dedicated
