hsqldb creates the directories /usr/share/doc/hsqldb-1.80.1 and /var/lib/hsqldb but does not own them

It's been over a year, and the same problem is still present in FC6

hsqldb-1.8.0.4-4jpp.1 has been pushed for fc6, which should resolve this issue.  If these problems are still present in this version, then please make note of it in this bug report.
