Description of problem:

* python36-pytest package is not available in EPEL7.


Additional info:

* I tried to build my pet-project following new python3/EPEL7 guidelines, but it failed - https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/miushanov/pyaddons-testing/build/843297/.

python3-py-1.4.30-3.el7 python3-pytest-2.9.2-2.el7 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 7. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-bbecb2cc93
