Visible only on ppc64 and ppc64le. This is a 7.7 candidate.

It appears that the system is simply under a heavy load. Each subsequent systemd-journald process tries to rotate the logs and is killed by watchdog before it's got a chance to finish. I imagine the abrt process(es) doing coredump(s) don't help either.
