Steps to Reproduce:
1.Through web console, access to https://console.online-int.openshift.com/console/
2.Log in online-int web console by CLI 
$ oc login https://api.online-int.openshift.com:443

Actual results:
1.This site can’t be reached
2.error: EOF

Expected results:
1&2 both of them can login OpenShift online-int web console

This was due to the int cluster being deprovisioned. This can be closed, thanks.
