Description of problem:
after activate evms-2 all volumes are busy and can been mounted only via
/dev/evms/*. Attached patch from evms-2.5.2 fixes this problem.

2.6.9-11

How reproducible:
allways.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run emvs_activate
2. mount any unmounted partions.
3.
  
Actual results:
device busy.

Expected results:
mount ok.

patch for fix this problem.

The original change causing this problem for EVMS was made upstream and is
unlikely to get backed out, sorry.
