Description of problem:
If I begin a spell check part way through a document, I am not presented with
the option to restart the check from the start.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the spell check part way through a document
Actual results:
The check ends at the end of the document

Expected results:
Should offer the ability to restart the check at the beginning of the document

if you start the spellcheck part way down the document you will be prompted if
you want to continue from the top to your cursor location once spell-checking
reaching the end of the doc
