mingw-webkitgtk failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f30

Please fix mingw-webkitgtk at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
mingw-webkitgtk will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 31,
mingw-webkitgtk will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This also FTBFS in Fedora 29, bug 1604848. I'm confused why this package still exists and wasn't retired due to security concerns like the native one was.
