python-requests-oauthlib failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f30

Please fix python-requests-oauthlib at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-requests-oauthlib will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 31,
python-requests-oauthlib will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I have no clue why this didn't build and build logs have since been deleted. However I just rebuilt it and it built fine in both F30 and rawhide.
