Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Description of problem:
While in Overview and opening a new window of already running app, one of the screens just freeze and remain a static image. No redraw is happing. I have to switch to VT and back to "wake up" the screen.

This happens in wayland session in Dual-Head. Cannot reproduce with a single monitor.

1. Open gnome-terminal

Actually when I tried to take a screenshot it's not visible there. It shows both screens as it should be.

Note that if we are not going to enable Wayland for nvidia in 8.0.1 it doe not make sense to rush with fixing this issue for 8.0.1 too. So can be eventually moved to 8.1.0.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
