Description of problem: Compilation of kdegraphics fails with messages:

grep: /usr/lib/libieee1284.la: No such file or directory
/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/libieee1284.la: No such file or directory

The problem in details: source package kdegraphics requires package libieee1284,
but there is no "BuldRequires: libieee1284" in the spec file kdegraphics.spec.

Correction : 

Please, read

"The problem in details: source package kdegraphics requires package libieee1284,
but there is no "BuldRequires: libieee1284" in the spec file kdegraphics.spec."

as

"The problem in details: source package kdegraphics requires package
libieee1284-devel,
but there is no "BuldRequires: libieee1284-devel" in the spec file
kdegraphics.spec."

This problem will be resolved in a future major release of Red Hat Enterprise
